I wanted to work on a little bit of pixel art, because I haven’t touched the stuff in awhile.
This little mandrake (mandragora) root is entirely hand-sculpted, with the addition of false flowers, and can be a new familiar for a witch or a mage, or it can be an idea for a magic amulet or to keep you company during your lessons of herbology or potions! available in my Etsy shop!
Wand in the form of a two-headed serpent
Egyptian
Middle Kingdom to Second Intermediate Period
1783–1640 B.C.
In addition to their ability to predict and diagnose problems and their knowledge of essential spells and potions, magicians required appropriate devices for rendering the spells effective. This magic wand is a rare surviving example of such a magician’s tool. The wand takes the form of a two-headed cobra.

Lessons I have learnt since:
1. Don’t let the country bumpkin who slep 100 years out on the open fields on his own.
2. You just shouldn’t EQUIP metal in thunder, you can still keep it in your bag.
3. Flame potions only work if you drink them BEFORE everything is on fire.

The core of addiction is not wanting to be present in your life, because your life is too painful a place to be. This is why imposing more pain or punishment on a person with an addiction problem actually makes their addiction worse.
